Shipping Policy


All products sold on the Florida Store that are shippable will only be shipped once payment has been received by Florida Store. To speed up the delivery of your order we ask that, where at all possible, payment is made using either credit (through PayPal) or Electronic Bank Transfer. Account details for making payments via Electronic Bank Transfer can be found on the invoice which is emailed to customers upon completing their order.

All order are sent using Express Post only - For products being sent overseas, Express Post will forward the package/s onto the relevant delivery service for the recipient's country.

By default, no tracking number or tracking service is provided for products being posted. A tracking service can usually be added if required, however Florida Store must be notified via email immediately after the order is made. To request a tracking service on your package, send an email to corporateteam@floridastore.us Florida Store will not be held responsible for packages that are not sent with a tracking service attached due to late or undelivered emails to the above email address. On the off chance that your order is more than $500, Florida Store provide expedited services with the tracking number at no shipping cost.

Florida Store will charge $4.50 shipping cost for everywhere throughout the states in the United states of America, if the request is under $300 USD. On the off chance that your request is more than $500 then there is no delivery cost applicable on any product.
